高争民爆：控股股东拟减持不超3%公司股份
人民财讯5月13日电，高争民爆(002827)5月13日晚间公告，控股股东藏建集团拟以集中竞价方式减持持有的公司股份不超过276万股(占公司总股本比例1%)，以大宗交易方式减持持有的公司股份不超过552万股(占公司总股本比例2%)，合计不超过公司总股本的3%。
