掌趣科技：董事长拟减持不超1%公司股份
人民财讯5月13日电，掌趣科技(300315)5月13日晚间公告，持有6.23%公司股份的公司董事长、总经理刘惠城因个人资金需求，计划以集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过2720.17万股，即不超过公司现有总股本的1%。
