石药集团就伊立替康脂质体注射液于美国商业化订立独家许可协议
石药集团与Cipla USA, Inc.签订独家许可协议，授权后者在美国商业化其伊立替康脂质体注射液。
石药集团将获得1500万美元首付款、最高2500万美元的首次商业销售和监管里程碑付款，以及最高10.25亿美元的额外商业销售里程碑付款，还有基于该产品在美国年度销售净额计算的双位数梯度销售提成。该产品是石药集团自主研发的脂质体技术平台创新药物，用于治疗多种实体瘤。
