思源电气：拟以3亿元—5亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯5月16日电，思源电气(002028)5月16日晚间公告，公司拟使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，用于注销减少注册资本。本次回购资金总额不低于3亿元且不超过5亿元，回购价格不超过109.45元/股。预计回购股份数量约为274.1万股至456.83万股，占公司总股本的0.35%—0.58%。
