新华联：拟变更证券简称为“盈新发展”
人民财讯5月19日电，新华联(000620)5月19日晚间公告，为契合公司发展战略，彰显公司铜官窑国风乐园景区重要性，强化公司主业影响，拟对公司名称、证券简称进行变更。公司名称拟变更为“北京铜官盈新文化旅游发展股份有限公司”，证券简称拟变更为“盈新发展”。该事项尚需提交公司2024年年度股东会审议通过。
