悦康药业：发表长效降压siRNA药物临床前研究成果 有望为高血压治疗带来新突破
人民财讯5月20日电，近日，悦康药业子公司北京悦康科创医药科技股份有限公司在核酸药物领域国际著名SCI期刊《Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids》在线发表了题为“Design, pharmacology, and toxicology of a novel chemically modified siRNA targeting hepatic angiotensinogen”的研究论文。文章报道了新型肝脏血管紧张素原靶向siRNA候选药物的临床前开发过程——经生物信息学筛选、化学修饰优化及结合肝脏靶向配体，成功开发出了数种抑制活性、持续时间和安全性与此前相当或更优的siRNA，该疗法有望为高血压治疗带来新突破。
