迈普医学：筹划购买易介医疗不低于51%股权
人民财讯5月21日电，迈普医学(301033)5月21日晚间公告，公司正在筹划发行股份及支付现金购买广州易介医疗科技有限公司（简称“易介医疗”）不低于51%的股权，并募集配套资金事项，此次交易预计构成重大资产重组，构成关联交易。公司股票自5月22日开市起开始停牌。
