人民财讯5月27日电，5月27日，拓荆科技(688072)公司高管在第一季度业绩说明会上介绍，公司在手订单充足，目前看公司2025年整体经营性趋势非常健康。截至2024年年末，公司在手订单金额约94亿元，主要产品包括PECVD、ALD、SACVD、HDPCVD、Flowable CVD等薄膜沉积设备，以及应用于三维集成领域的先进键合设备。
