天龙集团：拟3819.49万元转让上海亚联100%股权
人民财讯5月28日电，天龙集团(300063)5月28日晚间公告，公司拟将全资子公司上海亚联100%股权转让予太仓铖合越机械设备有限公司，双方协商一致同意标的股权转让价款为3819.49万元。交易完成后，公司将不再持有上海亚联股权，上海亚联不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
