光洋股份：终止购买银球科技100%股权等事项 股票明起复牌
人民财讯5月29日电，光洋股份(002708)5月29日晚间公告，公司此前公告拟筹划通过发行股份及支付现金方式购买银球科技100%股权并募集配套资金，公司股票自2025年5月19日开市时起开始停牌。经交易相关方商讨研究决定终止筹划本次交易事项，公司股票自2025年5月30日（星期五）开市起复牌。
