新风光：拟收购控股子公司东方机电2.832%股权
人民财讯5月30日电，新风光(688663)5月30日晚间公告，公司拟使用自有资金397.70万元收购李睿等23名自然人股东持有的兖州东方机电有限公司（简称“东方机电”）2.832%股权。收购完成后，公司合计持有东方机电52.832%股权。
