人民财讯6月3日电，中海达(300177)6月3日晚间公告，控股子公司西安灵境科技有限公司（简称“灵境科技”）于2025年6月3日收到陕西省西安市中级人民法院下发的《民事裁定书》，裁定受理债权人陕西金士豪建筑装饰工程有限公司对灵境科技的破产清算申请。
