上海合晶：半导体行业回暖已经传导到上游硅片
人民财讯6月4日电，上海合晶(688584)高管日前在业绩说明会上表示，半导体行业从2025年第一季度开始，需求已经回暖，开始传导到上游的硅片行业，上海合晶8英寸产品差异化策略进一步落实，12英寸产品客户需求增加，第一季度销售量提升，同比有较好的增长幅度。
