唯捷创芯：股东拟减持不超3%公司股份
人民财讯6月4日电，唯捷创芯(688153)6月4日晚间公告，因自身资金需求，股东贵人资本及其一致行动人拟通过集中竞价和大宗交易相结合的方式减持不超过1290.94万股公司股份，拟减持比例不超过公司总股本的3%。
