友邦保险：董事会主席谢仕荣退任 由杜嘉祺10月1日接任
友邦保险发布公告，独立非执行主席及独立非执行董事谢仕荣已知会董事会其退任公司职务的意向，自2025年9月30日起生效。
杜嘉祺(Sir Mark Tucker)已获委任为独立非执行主席及独立非执行董事(待监管批准)，自2025年10月1日起生效，彼曾于2010年至2017年间担任友邦保险集团首席执行官兼总裁。同时，杜嘉祺亦获委任为提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员，自2025年10月1日起生效。
