人民财讯6月11日电，美利云(000815)6月11日晚间公告，公司近日获悉，公司股东中冶纸业集团有限公司被债权人向中卫市中级法院申请破产重整。截至目前，中冶纸业集团有限公司持有公司11.38%股份。该事项不会对公司日常生产经营构成不利影响。
