宝利国际：股东周德洪拟减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯6月15日电，宝利国际(300135)6月15日晚间公告，公司持股12.89%的股东周德洪计划通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，减持公司股份不超过2746.8万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
