最高人民法院发布网络消费民事典型案例
人民财讯6月16日电，为充分发挥司法裁判的示范和引领作用，最高人民法院发布5个网络消费民事典型案例，主要体现以下方面工作重点：一是制裁侵害消费者权益行为，筑牢消费者权益保护屏障。二是统筹诚信经营和提振消费信心，促进网络消费模式持续健康发展。三是聚焦网络消费新领域和新问题，树立正确导向。
