京东方A：拟收购彩虹光电30%股权
人民财讯6月17日电，京东方A(000725)6月17日晚间公告，彩虹股份拟出售所持咸阳彩虹光电科技有限公司（简称“彩虹光电”）30%股权。公司根据公司发展战略，为紧抓产业格局整合演进机遇，进一步提升公司竞争力，拟收购上述30%股权。本次交易挂牌底价为48.49亿元。
