西安：购买新建商品住房可申请提取公积金直接支付购房首付款
人民财讯6月19日电，据西安住建公众号，西安市住房和城乡建设局等多部门印发《西安市关于促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的若干措施》，其中提出，缴存职工贷款购买新建商品住房，借款人及其配偶可申请提取公积金直接支付购房首付款。关中平原城市群和省内缴存职工在西安购房的，均可在我市办理公积金贷款，并享有我市缴存职工同等权益。
