市场监管总局：2024年共查办不正当竞争案件14188件
人民财讯6月20日电，市场监管总局发文称，市场监管总局高度重视商业秘密保护工作，连续多年部署开展重点领域反不正当竞争专项执法行动，加大对侵犯商业秘密违法行为的执法力度，保护企业合法权益。2024年，全国各级市场监管部门共查办不正当竞争案件14188件，其中查办侵犯商业秘密案件143件。
