启明星辰：董事长魏冰辞职
人民财讯6月22日电，启明星辰(002439)6月22日晚间公告，因中国移动通信集团有限公司工作安排调整，魏冰申请辞去公司董事长、董事及董事会下设战略委员会主任委员职务。辞职生效后，魏冰不在公司担任其他职务。
