信濠光电：拟向立讯精密转让全资子公司安徽信光100%股权
人民财讯6月22日电，信濠光电(301051)6月22日晚间公告，公司与立讯精密签署《股权转让意向协议》，拟向立讯精密转让全资子公司信光能源科技（安徽）有限公司（简称“安徽信光”）100%股权。因公司持股5%以上的股东、董事王雅媛的父亲王来胜系立讯精密实际控制人之一兼副董事长，本次交易构成关联交易。
