人民财讯6月23日电，倍杰特(300774)6月23日晚间公告，公司拟向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额为不超过10亿元，拟用于喀什地区喀什市城北供水保障能力提升工程及污水处理厂建设项目、山西中煤平朔能源化工有限公司全厂水处理系统优化及浓盐水零排放项目EPC总承包项目及补充流动资金。
