锂电池公司Microvast(MVST.US)盘中一度跌超9%，最低触及3.51美元。消息面上，做空机构Grizzly Research发布做空报告，质疑该电池公司的生产能力和财务报告。报告称，基于对其制造设施的大量现场观察，该公司"正在伪造其大部分业务和能力"。Grizzly多次访问Microvast位于德国Ludwigsfelde/Berlin的工厂，报告称尽管公司声称那里应有多达250人工作，但实际活动却很少。(格隆汇)
