格隆汇6月26日丨网誉科技(01483.HK)公布，罗兵咸永道自2013年起担任公司核数师，其任期已届满及于股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师。
经股东周年大会批准后，公司欣然宣布委任德勤为其新任核数师，任期直至下一届股东周年大会为止。
