格隆汇6月26日丨博奇环保(02377.HK)公告，2025年6月26日，长治博奇(作为承租人)与江苏金融租赁(作为出租人)订立融资租赁协议，据此，(i)江苏金融租赁同意向北京博奇购买潞宝设备，代价为人民币5000万元；及(ii)江苏金融租赁同意按总租赁金额人民币51,294,600.00元(即租赁本金及租赁利息总和)于一年期内向承租人租赁潞宝设备。
