国脉科技：股东国脉集团拟减持公司不超1%股份
人民财讯6月26日电，国脉科技(002093)6月26日晚间公告，公司持股4.72%的股东国脉集团计划以集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过1007.5万股，占公司总股本比例1%（剔除公司回购专户股份后占比为1.02%）。国脉集团与大股东陈国鹰、林惠榕为一致行动人，合计持有公司股份53.64%。
