智通财经APP讯，伯特利(603596.SH)公告，公司拟发行可转债“伯25转债”，募集资金总额为28.02亿元，发行数量为2802万张，280.2万手。原股东可优先认购的可转债上限总额为280.2万手。本次发行的可转债期限为发行之日起6年，即自2025年7月1日至2031年6月30日。初始转股价格为52.42元/股。本次可转债发行的原股东优先配售日和网上申购日为2025年7月1日(T日)。
