小米成立云创科技新公司
人民财讯6月27日电，企查查APP显示，近日，小米云创科技（武汉）有限公司成立，法定代表人为王扉，注册资本5000万元，经营范围含机械电气设备制造，机械电气设备销售，电子、机械设备维护，通讯设备销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由小米科技（武汉）有限公司全资持股，后者为小米通讯技术有限公司全资子公司。
