上半年TOP100房企拿地总额同比增长33.3%
人民财讯7月1日电，中指研究院最新发布《2025年上半年全国房地产企业拿地TOP100排行榜》，2025年上半年，TOP100企业拿地总额5065.5亿元，同比增长33.3%。拿地企业仍以央国企为主，从新增货值来看，保利发展、绿城中国和中国金茂位列前三。
