中仑新材：股东拟合计减持公司不超4.13%股份
人民财讯7月4日电，中仑新材(301565)7月4日晚间公告，公司持股12.75%的股东Strait Co, Ltd.计划减持股份不超过公司总股本的2%，即不超过800.02万股。
公司持股4.25%的股东北京厚生投资管理中心（有限合伙）—珠海厚中股权投资中心（有限合伙）计划减持公司股份合计不超过850万股（占公司总股本的2.13%）。
上述股东拟合计减持公司不超4.13%的股份。
