天永智能：控股股东拟转让公司7.9%股份
人民财讯7月4日电，天永智能(603895)7月4日晚间公告，公司控股股东上海茗嘉投资有限公司拟以每股23.03元的价格，向浙江锦和投资管理有限公司协议转让公司股份854万股，占公司总股本的7.9%。转让总价为1.97亿元。
