智通财经APP讯，山河智能(002097.SZ)公告，公司境外全资子公司Avmax Group Inc.(简称“Avmax”)拟购置 Qantas Airways Limited(简称“Qantas”)持有的16架DHC-8 300飞机。资产购买不含税总价为5114.21万美元。
