格隆汇7月8日丨中路股份(600818.SH)公布，公司于近日接到通知，优势全球投资根据 Share Subscription Agreement（《股份认购协议》）的要求，已使用自有资金支付200万美元完成对境外公司Factor Bikes PtyLtd（以下简称“标的公司”）的增资，并新获得380,631股股份。据此，本次交易的交割程序已全部完成，公司控股的优势全球投资持有标的公司21.15%的股权。
