格隆汇7月10日丨百大集团(600865.SH)公布，公司并于2025年7月10日召开第十一届董事会第十三次会议，全体董事一致审议通过了该议案。同日，公司与Hang Lung Business Operation (HK) Limited签署《杭州百货大楼租赁合同》（称“《租赁合同》”）及相关许可协议。
公司拟将位于杭州市延安路546号的杭州百货大楼所在物业（称“标的物业”）出租给Hang Lung Business Operation (HK) Limited，用于经营商业服务用途。租赁期限自2028年4月1日（暂定）起20年。
