知行科技拟配售1549.5万股 净筹约2.31亿港元
知行科技发布公告，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，计划配售最多1549.5万股股份，配售价为每股15.22港元。此配售价较7月11日的收市价16.72港元折让约8.97%。若所有配售股份均成功售出，预计公司将获得约2.31亿港元的净所得款项。
