苏州规划：拟购买东进航科100%股权 股票复牌
人民财讯7月14日电，苏州规划(301505)7月14日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式向张宁等21名交易对方购买其持有的东进航科100%股份，并向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。公司股票将于2025年7月15日（星期二）开市时起复牌。
