国家统计局副局长盛来运表示，上半年，我国消费市场在一系列促消费扩内需政策带动下，趋于活跃，发展态势向好。下半年我国消费发展是有支撑的，上半年一些积极影响因素和态势在下半年会持续，消费政策还会继续加力。
