人民财讯7月16日电，企查查APP显示，近日，澄天科泰（惠州）科技有限公司成立，注册资本1000万元，经营范围包含：电力电子元器件销售；电子元器件制造；电子元器件批发；电子元器件零售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由澄天伟业旗下澄天科泰（宁波）热管理系统技术有限公司全资持股。
