人民财讯7月16日电，企查查APP显示，近日，北京津膜科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为谢涛，经营范围包含合同能源管理；碳减排、碳转化、碳捕捉、碳封存技术研发；新型膜材料制造；新型膜材料销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由津膜科技等共同持股。
