顺博合金：拟定增募资不超6亿元 用于铝合金扁锭等项目
人民财讯7月22日电，顺博合金(002996)7月22日晚间发布2025年度向特定对象发行A股股票方案，拟向特定对象发行股票不超1亿股（含本数），募资不超6亿元（含本数），继续用于2024年3月向特定对象发行股票募集资金投资项目中的年产63万吨低碳环保型铝合金扁锭项目和年产50万吨绿色循环高性能铝板带项目的建设。
