环联连讯拟配售最多1.99亿股 净筹约3530万港元
环联连讯公告，于2025年7月22日与配售代理订立协议，拟按每股0.180港元的配售价，向不少于六名独立第三方配售最多1.99亿股股份。
此配售价较7月22日收市价折让约17.1%。若配售股份悉数完成，预计所得款项净额约为3530万港元，将用于寻求AI技术相关商机或作为一般营运资金。
