宜搜科技拟配售净筹约3.38亿港元
宜搜科技公布，公司控股股东Growth Value LTD.将透过配售代理出售6578.7万股股份，配售价为每股5.26港元，较最后交易日收市价折让约14.7%。同时，宜搜科技将按每股5.26港元向该股东发行同等数量的认购股份。
此次认购事项预计募集资金总额约3.46亿港元，净额约3.38亿港元。所得款项将用于：50%投资互联网数字中心资产，30%投资于人工智能技术、第三代互联网(Web 3.0)业务及数字内容创作等领域公司，以及20%作为集团营运资金。
