东莞控股：拟公开挂牌转让松山湖小贷公司20%股权
人民财讯7月24日电，东莞控股(000828)7月24日晚间公告，为优化资产结构，公司拟按4812.15万元的底价公开挂牌转让持有的松山湖小贷公司20%股权。若交易顺利完成，公司将不再持有松山湖小贷公司股权。
