人民财讯7月25日电，7月25日，上海2025年第六批次土拍剩余3宗宅地出让，其中，备受瞩目的徐汇衡复地块吸引了3家竞买人参与竞价，经过28轮竞价，最终由上海祺祥旺宇置业有限公司以总价12.25亿元竞得，成交楼面价200257元/㎡，溢价率22.38%。这一成交楼面价创上海乃至全国涉宅用地成交楼面价新高。
