财政部唐龙生：上半年国债发行规模达7.88万亿元，创历史同期新高
人民财讯7月25日电，财政部国库支付中心副主任唐龙生7月25日在财政部新闻发布会上表示，上半年国债发行规模创历史同期新高，共发行国债7.88万亿元，同比增长35.28%，平均发行利率1.52%，同比下降43个基点。
