国创高新：拟2.25亿元收购宁波国沛100%股权
人民财讯7月25日电，国创高新(002377)7月25日晚间公告，宁波国沛石油化工有限公司（简称“宁波国沛”）主要从事沥青的仓储、改性沥青生产及销售业务，与公司在改性沥青业务方面存在重合的情形。为解决同业竞争问题，公司拟以现金收购宁波国沛100%股权，交易价格2.25亿元。
