中化装备：拟购买益阳橡机、北化机100%股权 股票明起复牌
人民财讯7月28日电，中化装备(600579)7月28日晚间公告，公司拟发行股份购买中国化工装备有限公司持有的益阳橡机100%股权、北京蓝星节能投资管理有限公司持有的北化机100%股权，并向不超过35名符合条件的特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。经向上交所申请，公司股票自2025年7月29日（星期二）开市起复牌。
