光库科技：拟收购安捷讯控制权 股票29日起停牌
人民财讯7月28日电，光库科技(300620)7月28日晚间公告，公司拟以发行股份和可转换公司债券及支付现金方式购买苏州安捷讯光电科技股份有限公司（简称“安捷讯”）控制权，并募集配套资金，本次交易不会导致公司实际控制人变更。公司证券自7月29日开市起开始停牌。
